LA Times: Magic Johnson Remains a Living Symbol of Hope

Tomorrow, it will mark the 20-year ago anniversary of when Magic Johnson announced he had contracted HIV and would be retiring from basketball.

As Magic Johnson was the athlete that got Throwback Attack interested in basketball, we are dedicating this next week to remembering Magic and what his announcement did to change sports and all of our lives.
